Advanced Optical Design

 The Envision optical system provides a high signal to noise image, allowing for more accurate and precise measurements of a wide range of sample types without background optical interference. This sharply focused image of even the smallest particles provides enhanced sensitivity to extend the measurement range of the NTA technique to smaller sizes than previously possible. 

Breakthrough lower limit of detection

Quality image allows unparalleled performance. The high signal to noise ratio allows measurement of smaller sized particles than previously possible with NTA. The lower size limit depends on material refractive index, but the low noise image allows tracking of even weakly scattering particles.

Robust, Reproducible, and Repeatable

 With a workflow built around collecting statistically significant populations, reproducibility and repeatability is enhanced with measuring more particles under ideal optical conditions. Inter-operator and inter-laboratory variability is greatly reduced as a result of increased statistics due to measuring more particles than other instruments, providing stable results from a consistent sample volume, optimized optics for better accuracy, and limited user dependent variables. This improves repeatability of both size and concentration measurements.

Software built around user workflow and automating the user dependent variables through the use of advanced technology means sample operation is a breeze, thus removing operator variables and improving throughput and repeatability even further. The built-in sample pump ensures consistent, bubble-free sample loading, repeatable flow speeds, and easy cleaning cycles through a fully automated SOP. The sealed sample cell is proven bubble-free and easily replaceable when needed for maximum up-time.
